When Marta Lindenberg opened her apothecary beside the linden trees of Savignyplatz, she kept a simple rule: nobody leaves with a medicine they don't understand. Thirty-eight years and three generations later, that rule still shapes everything we do.
Today, our team of eleven pharmacists, technicians and laboratory specialists combines a fully digital prescription workflow with the craft of a classic apothecary — grinding, weighing and blending individual formulations by hand when standard medicine isn't the right answer.

Yes — send it through the official gematik “Das E-Rezept” app or simply show the code on your phone at the counter. Paper prescriptions and the pink paper copy of an e-Rezept work too. Most fills are ready in under ten minutes.
Which insurance do you bill?
All German statutory health insurance funds (gesetzliche Krankenkassen) and all private insurers, billed directly. You only ever pay the standard statutory co-payment — nothing more.
Can you prepare a medication my doctor prescribed individually?
That's exactly what our compounding laboratory is for: custom strengths, allergen-free bases, child-friendly flavours, and discontinued formulations recreated to NRF (Neues Rezeptur-Formularium) standards. Bring the prescription — a pharmacist will confirm feasibility on the spot.
Do I need an appointment for a vaccination?
No. Flu, COVID-19, RSV and TBE vaccinations are given on a walk-in basis during opening hours, seven days a week of stock availability. For complex travel itineraries (yellow fever certificates, malaria prophylaxis planning) we recommend booking a 20-minute travel consult.
How does home delivery work?
Order by phone or have your doctor send the prescription directly to us. Within Berlin we deliver free of charge for orders over €20, usually within four hours by bicycle courier. Refrigerated items travel in validated cold-chain boxes.
What about the emergency night service?
Berlin pharmacies share the Notdienst rotation. When we're the designated night pharmacy it's posted on our door and website; every other night, call 22 8 11 or check notdienst.berlin.de for the nearest open pharmacy.
